OBJECT: The primary goal of the players is the protection of Pern from the ravages of Thread; if the northern continent of Pern has been so Threaded that it can not support life, then all of the players lose, along with the planet of Pern. If the players are successful in fighting Thread, the player with the most allied Lord Holders is the winner.
